Its a Belstaff so it takes some miles to break in and its a jacket for temperatures below 72F off or on the bike. Once broken in it becomes supple, durable and unique and of lasting value. (Posted on 1/12/2014)

This Jacket was instantly my favorite the minute I put it on! With a 41" chest this jacket feels tailored made to me in a "L".. A bit snug but the way a motorcycle jacket should fit.. The quality & look of this garment is "Exceptional"! (Posted on 6/8/2012)

  3. Stunning Jacket! Review by John Daniel

Quality over the top. Perfect fit. Size s/b 1 or 2 sizes over your normal. I am small 40" chest. I required a large in this. The looks, Wow! What a steal at the price. Italian - best leather and workmanship. I'm 64 years young and look 44 in this. Less than 100 in US. Get it today! It won't be orbiting the US for long. (Posted on 3/2/2011)

  4. Mojave Jacket Review by Patrick O'Ryan

The jacket fits perfectly, even though I was somewhat leery to follow the recommended size. I measure at 42" chest, and this site suggested XL. Normally I take M or L, but I phoned BMG and they said go with the XL. They were bang on. Phone BMG with your measurements.

The jacket looks even better in person than on the site, and it hits the mark for authentic vintage. The leather is appropriate motorcycle grade, and certainly appears up to the task of protection.

The armour fits brilliantly, and is also easy to remove. In fact, it's one of the better armoured mc jackets I've owned for correct placement and comfort.

My only concern is the liner. As there are no ventilation zippers, just armpit ports, I am thinking it might be a little on the warm to hot side once summer temperatures reach their stride. I might look into removal of the liner.

Conclusion: gorgeous look, contemporary vintage appeal, well fitted armour that contours shoulder and elbow, solid construction, and a jacket that makes me feel like Steve McQueen. :) (Posted on 2/6/2011)

  5. Fantastic Jacket ! Review by Tulley

Ordered this a few months back and it just arrived. I had no idea of its popularity in Europe. I only knew that it did indeed remind me of my days as a kid in the late 60s/early 70s riding around on my mini bike in the high desert of southern Cal. -I spent some time growing up in a town called Yucca Valley. Back then the movie "On Any Sunday" was all the rage for me and my friends. It featured Steve McQueen (& pals) tearing around the high desert having nothing but dusty fun!
This jacket is a GREAT salute to those times while being also very contemporary. I actually wasn't expecting it to be as heavy and sturdy as it is. Just an all around high quality PERFECT leather jacket!
Snatch one up while you can and definately order on the large size. I'm a 46-48 chest and Paul upsized my order from an XXL to a XXXL. GREAT call. Fits perfectly!
(Now if the snow would just melt so I can go out and ride. lol) (Posted on 12/7/2010)
