Belstaff Knockhill Leather Motorcycle Jacket
- Product Review (submitted on August 2, 2012):
Learning that Belstaff had sold and that the future of the Pure Motorcycle line was questionable, I dediced to pick up a Knockhill before they vanished or the price shot up.
Considering the quality of the leather, the contruction, and the fact that it's made in Italy, this coat could easily sell for a few thousand dollars. As is, it's a hell of a bargain. I am an XL is most shirts/jackets and the 2XL Knockhill fits like a glove -- plenty of movement and long enough arms (I'm 6' 4") even with the lining and armor in. If the coat has a downside, it's the weight -- it's super heavy, but I take that as a mark of quality and durability.
I bought the coat online while almost the whole BMG team was at MotoGP. That didn't stop the jacket from being shipped the day I ordered and arriving two business days later. Paul and team responded to every email like longtime friends, and I couldn't have been more happy with the whole experience.
