Belstaff Classic Trialmaster Tourist Trophy Jacket
- Product Review (submitted on February 6, 2013):
...you look and feel like a million bucks! But where the form is beautiful, the function leaves a lot to be desired! My biggest gripe is that on long cold rides, the arms quickly get chilly. The jacket is windproof, but the thinness of the arms means they get cold easily. Also, the old-school metal zippers get stuck too often. Lastly, I wish it had a space for back protection.
I live in the PNW. So, I recommend this jacket for short winter commutes and long spring and fall trips. I haven't yet experienced the jacket in the summer. Oh, and to close the loop on the Belstaff/Triumph metaphor. I love my Bonnie, but it could have more functional modern updates. Like a built-in helmet lock; key-locked seats, compartments, and gas cap; and a better seat. But both the bike and the jacket turn heads and get compliments everywhere I go. That sure makes it worth it for me.
